LG asks youth to transform nation into biggest economy in world | KNO

Srinagar, Feb 15 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Saturday said that the strength of India will be determined by principles and novelty of the young generation graduating in the era of ‘Amrit Kaal’. The word ‘Amrit Kaal’ refers to the next 25 years that was initially used by Prime Minister Narendra Modi wherein the nation will move forward towards attaining resolutions made for Aatmanirbhar Bharat. Addressing the audience Sinha as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) in convocation Ceremony of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University encouraged young people to keep pushing advancing the country and transform the nation into the biggest economy in the world. The LG asserted that novel possibilities are being developed through achievements in the humanities, arts, scientific fields, and technological advances, and he believed the expertise and talents of the pupils who graduate will be beneficial in helping the nation flourish. “Principles, innovation, and proficiency will ultimately determine the nation's power, and I sincerely anticipate that the youth including both men and women graduating through this Amrit Kaal will make an impact on what lies ahead for our nation. The LG noted adding, “Those heading towards the world of reality presently have an unparalleled chance to establish a strong nation.” Sinha further said, “As our young our young people possess unique knowledge and ability can be effectively leveraged to bring about change in rural communities. The endeavor requires commitment and hard-work.” The LG said that importantly, it is essential that the young generation be grounded in their rich cultural heritage and to have self-confidence in their competence and the wisdom embedded in our traditions. Furthermore, he highlighted that the application of abilities and acquaintance should aim to augment the value of life for persons in these areas. “To capitalize on future advancements in science and technology, a re-evaluation of our teaching and mentoring approaches is necessary, as this will significantly influence the path toward a developed India,” LG said. Sinha further advised the instructors to ponder on unchaining the latent of their students and to alter educational establishments into influential apparatus for developing a flourishing nation. “It is very important for educators as the educational institutes to commence with pioneering educational initiatives that encourage curiosity, give confidence for critical thinking and promote resourcefulness and improvement. Educators should also share their personal experiences to motivate students towards acquiring lifelong learning skills that will shape their futures,” he remarked. In the meantime, office of J&K LG on its official micro-blogging site X said, “The strength of our nation will be determined by values, innovation & knowledge and I strongly believe the young men & women graduating in this Amrit Kaal will shape destiny of our nation. Those stepping out today into the real world have a unique opportunity of nation building.” (SIC) He said, “I am extremely grateful to the Hon'ble Vice-President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji for blessing graduating students of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University at their 10th Convocation.
